Exceptional service and amazing food. Sinbad was super friendly and got our food out faster than a drive thru. So worth the trip!

We had an amazing experience at Smash and Bite! The food was incredible. We tried both the regular burger and the Reuben, and they were both absolutely delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was so flavorful—it really brought everything together. The customer service was just as impressive. The cook came out from the kitchen to check on us and chat for a bit, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. You can tell they truly care about both their food and their customers. Another huge plus is that they’re open until 11:00 PM. It’s so nice to have a place serving fresh, delicious food that late, especially when so many restaurants close early. It’s a great option for a late dinner or when you’re craving a quality burger in the evening. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Smash and Bite to anyone looking for amazing burgers and exceptional service!

This place has a CBGB’s vibe with all the graffiti on the walls. IYKYK! I ordered the rueben burger with pastrami instead of corned beef. The pastrami was really flavorful, which the owner seems very passionate about. I didn’t realize they use that radioactive cheese sauce on the fries, so I’ll definitely skip that next time.

We were in the mood for sandwiches for lunch and decided on burgers. Smash & Bite was close by so we decided to give them a try. They are located in the Hannafords plaza in New Hartford. The decor in their small eatery was vibing with chalk board walls and writings from past patrons. We were greated by the friendly two owners who keep their burger shop clean and neat. Our order was quickly served to us at our table. The smash burgers were cooked to perfection and loaded with condiments. The order came with delicious fries. They also had a unique selection of bottled sodas not found in your average burger joint. We were absolutely satisfied with every part of our experience. If you are in the mood for a delicious smash burger, in a clean environment, give Smash & Bite a try. We're glad we did😁

I’m not big on burgers but I have to say this is THE BEST cheeseburger I’ve ever had. The bun is soft and buttery, the flavor is THERE. Biting into it was perfection. The staff here are very welcoming and let me try the pastrami. I was not expecting it to be so tender. I look forward to bringing my friends here! Great place
